First Lady Jennifer Davis was born in the Philippine Islands in the late sixties and came to the United States in the early seventies. She is the second oldest of four siblings and was raised in San Diego, California. She met and married in 1986, her high school sweet heart, Pastor Marcus L. Davis. In the early years of marriage she was unsure of how to be come the virtuous woman that she was called to be. Without having an example, she pursued to follow the world's way of becoming a married woman with uncertainties in her life.

The first year of marriage both First Lady Davis and Pastor Marcus Davis was blessed with their first child, DeAndra Jeanette and three years later they were blessed again with their second daughter, Shaunte' Antoinette. She knew deep inside that she was called to do something in her life; but what??? In 1993 she joined her husband in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and was later blessed with her only son Marcus L. Davis II.

In 1998, First Lady Davis submitted herself to the obedience of the Lord and with guidance from her husband, they started Victorious Ministries. One year later, God gave her the vision to open up an academy called Victorious Ministries Christian Preschool where she is part owner and director.
